We, Gillio Firearms Group LLC. (DBA SigSauerParts.com), does not verify or guarantee the fitment of any firearms part or accessory. If you are unsure if a part fits your firearm, contact us via our Contact Us page, and we will assist you.
All inventory is stocked in our warehouse. None of our inventory is ever drop shipped.
We do not take pre-orders. We will not take your money if we do not have the item in stock. If you can add it to your cart and check out, it is ready to ship.
At this time, we do not take phone orders. All orders must be placed via our secure checkout.
On the rare occasion of an inventory discrepancy, we will immediately contact you and refund your money.
If a product shows “Out of Stock,” we suggest adding yourself to the “Notify Me” email address field. This automated system will alert you via email when the product is received in our inventory. We do not offer any manual method to alert you. The “Notify Me” option is the only way to be notified of a product coming back into stock.
Given the nature of our industry’s supply chain, it is difficult for us to have an ETA for a restock. However, we can assure you that if a product is not discontinued by its manufacturer, it is on reorder.
PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME. Due to changing legislation and items with limited availability, prices can change at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including product or pricing information errors.
Tax Exempt Individuals:
If you are a tax-exempt customer, we ask that you reach out to us via email before placing your order. We will need your tax exemption certificate and will confirm eligibility case by case. We will not refund tax after the transaction has been posted, with no exemptions, so please reach out to us prior.
Order Processing & Shipping:
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays). Orders placed over the weekend or holiday will be processed the following business day.
Canceling & Modifying Orders
Orders may be canceled up until the shipping label has been created. Once an order is marked as shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you must place a Return Request.
Due to our automated systems, we cannot modify orders once they are submitted.
While we cannot cancel an order once placed, we do not charge a restocking fee for orders that have not been opened. It is the responsibility of the buyer to send back the order.

We do not accept orders or ship products outside of the United States of America. Emails regarding shipping products outside the United States will go unanswered.
NOTE: Some products cannot be shipped to areas with restrictions.
You must know your state's serialized items, magazines, and accessories regulations. You will be held accountable for the shipping charges of a return due to a product not being within your state's regulations.
When your order ships, you will receive a notification to the email address you provided at checkout. Your must track your package and make proper arrangements to accept it at delivery. We are not responsible for packages stolen once marked delivered by the carrier.
Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Every order is insured in case your shipment is lost or damaged. Orders over $500 will require a signature. ALL firearms will ship “Signature Required.”
Once we have handed the package to the carrier, we no longer have control of your shipment. Please direct all tracking questions to the carrier. If your package is lost during transit or arrives damaged, please Contact Us
Once the items show delivered, our insurance no longer covers the item unless it arrives damaged. We are not responsible for packages stolen once marked delivered by the carrier.
It is your responsibility to enter your shipping address correctly.
PLEASE VERIFY YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT before submitting your order. We will ship to the address submitted. You will receive an email when the order is placed, again allowing you to see the address submitted before it ships.
The shipping address CANNOT be changed after the order has been submitted.
NOTE: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be liable for the original shipping charges and credit card merchant fees. When the package arrives back at our facility, a refund will be processed minus the original cost of shipping and merchant fees.
It is your responsibility to follow all Federal, State, and Local Laws regarding the purchase and ownership of firearms. We, Gillio Firearms Group, LLC, follow all Federal, State, and Local laws concerning the sale and transfer of all firearms.
Processing time for a firearm can take longer depending on when your FFL sends us their license.

If you order an item that includes magazines that are not legal in your state, they will be removed before shipment. We cannot substitute or adjust prices due to magazine restrictions in your state.
Handgun Shipping Requirement
Handguns are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Express & UPS Air.
Long Gun Shipping Requirements
Long guns ship via Ground and a Signature is Required by your FFL.
Purchase Requirements & Restrictions:

To Purchase Firearms Online:
You must be eighteen or older to purchase long guns and twenty-one or older to purchase handguns. Check your local & state laws. You must complete the following steps listed below before we can process your order.
Verify that the product you wish to purchase from SigSauerParts.com meets your state, county, or city laws.
Once you have completed your firearm purchase online, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail with your order number.
If you do not receive an email order status update within two business days of placing your order, please Contact Us
Find an FFL holder near you that will accept the firearm transfer. This can be your local Gun Shop, Pawn Shop, Gun Range, or any other location that holds a current FFL and will help you with your transaction. Contact your FFL and tell them you would like to transfer a firearm from SigSauerParts.com. This transaction is solely between you and the FFL holder. Once your FFL holder receives your firearm, you must pick it up.

Write your name and order number on any correspondence you send us.
Once you have chosen an FFL holder, have them e-mail a copy of their FFL copy to FFL@SigSauerParts.com.
Important: Upon arrival at your FFL holder, inspect your firearm to ensure that everything is acceptable before filling out the necessary paperwork. Once the firearm transfer is complete, the manufacturer's warranty is in effect. From that point on, the manufacturer will need to handle any complications with the firearm.
